Yeah its 8K and Yes its expensive, just if y'all desire the best sound and superb picture then yous need to spend the coin. I have only i negative comment to make and that is equally follows. Occasionally when viewing the screen volition go black for 1 second so come dorsum. I call up information technology is a software glitch and will be ironed out in due course with online updates. Apart from this its 10/10

Rated 1 out of 5 by joensg from Totally disappointed by aftersales service Unfortunately I received a defective TV with a horizontal line on the screen that was visible but afterward the protective screen cover was removed. After reporting it to Samsung within 3 days of having the Boob tube fitted, instead of sending me a new production, I am tied into a repair loop. I had to wait 11 more days for them to get a new screen which once again, unfortunately arrived defective with no picture on the screen(2 defective products in a row, information technology makes one wonder if they QA their products at all). Then after having to await for some more days they have finally got it stock-still. Information technology's been a really frustrating experience. When I buy a make new peak of the range TV directly from Samsung, I wait a high quality fully functional production. If I so received a defective product, I expect it to be replaced, not repaired.

Raised with Samsung technical support and told this is to be expected for this tv set. A bitter pill to swallow when you lot spent £vi,000 on the product. Samsung will not refund every bit they state the production is not faulty.
